The Easiest and Fastest DIY Pom Pom Wreath! {Farmhouse Christmas Decor}

A few years ago, I made a pom pom wreath, using the hand-made pom poms that you create by wrapping yarn round and round, cutting the loops, and trimming. It was beautiful! But it also took quite some time to make.

So this year, I thought I'd share a pom pom wreath that is quick, easy, and affordable to make...

Christmas at the Shop...

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas at our space inside of M&M Antiques in Monroe, Washington. And speaking of Christmas, that's how it felt as I spread out and tagged some new inventory in our dining room the other day...

Sundays at Home {Link Party}

Welcome to Sundays at Home!

This week, I thought I'd start us right off with a feature... Roxanne, who blogs at the Honeycomb Home, turned a cool flea market find into the perfect DIY Side Table for her living room (above). What a great conversation piece!

Vintage-Inspired Farmhouse and Christmas Flashcards...

Some product was received in exchange for promotion. Affiliate links are included. All opinions are my own.

This will be my second year using these charming vintage-inspired flashcards on gifts, wreaths, and place settings. Last year, I ordered the Christmas collection, but this year I'm excited to use both the Christmas and the Fixer Upper flashcards. The flashcards are an affordable (not to mention really cute!) way to personalize gifts, place cards, and home decor. You guys, I want to hang them everywhere. Join me in this mini obsession.

Fall at the Farmhouse Roundup...

Our early snow has melted, and leaves have turned from bright yellows, reds and oranges to a more subtle, golden shade. November has an understated beauty all its own, as bare branches emerge, letting us know that winter is on its way...

Today I'm sharing a roundup of posts showing fall at our farmhouse. And in the month of Thanksgiving, I want to thank each of you who have visited this blog, and shared a small part of your day with me. I'm honored you would read along.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Sundays at Home {Link Party}

Welcome to Sundays at Home, your weekend source for inspiration of all things home - interior design, DIY projects, recipes, gardening and seasonal decor. We hope this first weekend in November is a great one for you, and we anticipate a lot of great link-ups for both the fall/Thanksgiving season and the approaching winter/Christmas season.

I took the picture above, of our side yard recently, but just yesterday we woke up to snow! It was the earliest snow in Seattle in 45 years. So we are definitely in a weather and decorating seasonal convergence zone over here!

Grain Sack Christmas Tree Pillows {Farmhouse Christmas Decor}

(Some product was received in exchange for promotion. Affiliate links are included.)

When I first saw these Christmas tree pillows made from vintage European grain sacks, I thought they were so clever and beautiful. And then when they arrived in the mail, they were even better than I had hoped, full of character and charm!

A Farmhouse Tailgate Party!

This past weekend we celebrated our oldest son's 14th birthday. It feels surreal writing that. 14! He is an amazing guy, so we tried to make his day special. I loved the tailgate party idea I had seen in the October issue of Country Living. And since my husband had recently acquired a '76 Ford truck, it was meant to be. ;)

Feed Sacks, Flour Sacks, Sugar Sacks... Oh My!

I'm not sure if anything says Farmhouse Christmas quite like a sled piled high with vintage-inspired feed sacks! They make such a fun, creative alternative to gift wrap. Wouldn't they also look adorable hanging from a ladder on the front porch?
